These terms govern your use of the MyFlightsAssist website and the travel agency services we provide. By submitting an inquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

MyFlightsAssist is an independent travel agency and travel concierge service operated by TRAVEL BOOKING INC We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any airline referenced on this site.

Our role

We act as an intermediary between you and airlines or other travel suppliers to research, book, change or cancel travel on your behalf. Airlines and other suppliers set their own fares, fees, schedules and conditions of carriage, and those terms govern your actual travel — our role is to help you work within them.

Service fees

We may charge a professional service fee for work we do on your behalf — generally ranging from USD $50 to $500 depending on the nature and complexity of the request — separate from any fare, fee or penalty charged by an airline or supplier. Accuracy of information

We do our best to provide accurate, current information about routes, services and general airline practices. Airline policies can change, and specific terms always depend on your fare and ticket conditions at the time of booking — where a specific policy detail matters to your situation, we confirm it directly rather than relying on general assumptions.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for airline decisions, schedule changes, delays, cancellations or other actions taken by an airline or other third-party supplier that are outside our control. Our responsibility is limited to the travel-agency services we directly provide.
