What we can help with

Schedule changes

Delta occasionally adjusts flight times or routings after a ticket is issued. We help you review what changed and work out a workable alternative if the new schedule doesn't fit your plans.

Rebooking after a disruption

A cancelled or delayed flight means finding the next realistic option. We work through available alternatives — usually connecting through one of Delta's hub airports.

Flight changes and cancellations

Whether you need to move a date, cancel a trip or understand what your fare actually gets you back, we check the specific rules on your ticket first.

Name corrections and group coordination

Fixing a name mismatch before check-in, or coordinating changes across several travelers on the same booking.

Traveling with Delta Air Lines

Delta runs its network through nine US hub airports, with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta as by far its largest base. Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston and New York's JFK and LaGuardia airports fill out the rest. Most domestic connections route through at least one of these.

Delta is a founding member of the SkyTeam alliance and coordinates transatlantic schedules with Air France, KLM and Virgin Atlantic. Its long-haul business cabin is marketed as Delta One; Delta Premium Select is the airline's premium economy product on most widebody aircraft.

Delta routes and connections

Atlanta's domestic role as Delta's main hub means the airline runs high-frequency service on some of the country's busiest city pairs. Atlanta to New York, Atlanta to Los Angeles and Atlanta to Orlando are corridors where Delta operates multiple daily departures. Seattle and Los Angeles serve similar roles on the West Coast.

For summer 2026, Delta announced its largest-ever transatlantic schedule — more than 650 weekly flights to nearly 30 European destinations. New nonstop routes launched this year include Boston to Madrid, Boston to Nice, Seattle to Rome and Seattle to Barcelona, alongside established year-round services from JFK and other gateways to London, Paris and Amsterdam. We confirm what's operating on your specific dates before booking.

Route information reflects the published network for Delta Air Lines as of September 2026 and can change; check the airline directly for current schedules.

How MyFlightsAssist can help

When you come to us with a Delta itinerary, we start by checking your specific fare and its rules. Delta's fare classes vary considerably in what they permit for changes and cancellations, so we confirm what applies to your ticket rather than quoting a general assumption. From there we handle the actual work: making the change, confirming it went through correctly, and sending you the updated itinerary.

Any fare, fee or penalty set by Delta Air Lines is separate from our own professional service fee. See our Service Fees page for details.
