Independent Travel Assistance for KLM Passengers
KLM connects the US to Amsterdam and a broad European and global network. We help US travelers handle KLM bookings, Amsterdam connections and itinerary changes.

What we can help with
Transatlantic changes and cancellations
KLM's US–Amsterdam fares have specific conditions. We check your ticket before recommending any action.
Connections through Amsterdam Schiphol
KLM's main hub is Amsterdam Schiphol. Changes that affect your AMS connection need to account for both legs.
Joint venture itineraries with Air France and Delta
KLM, Air France and Delta operate a transatlantic joint venture. On codeshared itineraries, we check which airline's rules apply to your specific booking.
Business Class and premium cabin planning
KLM's business cabin is World Business Class on long-haul routes. We help plan premium itineraries where available.
Traveling with KLM
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is the national airline of the Netherlands, operating from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). It is one of the world's oldest airlines still operating under its original name and is part of the Air France-KLM group. KLM is a SkyTeam founding member and operates transatlantic routes in coordination with Air France and Delta.
KLM serves multiple US gateways nonstop from Amsterdam, including New York JFK, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington Dulles, Houston, Atlanta, Minneapolis and others.
KLM's US routes
KLM's Amsterdam hub gives travelers a wide choice of European connections from a single stop. From Schiphol, the airline connects to dozens of European cities and onward to Asia, Africa and beyond. For US travelers, Amsterdam is particularly useful for itineraries that don't have strong direct competition to their final destination.
KLM also added new European routes for 2026 including Jersey, Santiago de Compostela and Oviedo.
Route information reflects the published network for KLM as of September 2026 and can change; check the airline directly for current schedules.
How MyFlightsAssist can help
KLM transatlantic itineraries often involve the joint venture with Air France and Delta, which means codesharing is common. We identify which airline is actually operating your flight before determining which change policy applies.
Any fare, fee or penalty set by KLM is separate from our own professional service fee. See our Service Fees page for details.
