What we can help with
Trans-Pacific changes and cancellations
ANA's US-Japan fares have their own conditions. We check your specific ticket before recommending any action.
Connections through Tokyo Haneda or Narita
ANA operates from both Tokyo airports. The airport affects connection times and transit logistics.
Business and First Class planning
ANA has a well-regarded long-haul premium cabin product. We help plan ANA premium itineraries.
Star Alliance partner connections
ANA is a Star Alliance member and connects with United Airlines and others on trans-Pacific itineraries. We handle multi-carrier booking changes.
Traveling with All Nippon Airways (ANA)
All Nippon Airways (ANA) is Japan's largest airline by passenger numbers, operating from Tokyo Haneda (HND) and Tokyo Narita (NRT) as its primary international gateways. ANA is a Star Alliance member, connecting closely with United Airlines on trans-Pacific routes. Its premium cabin is marketed as ANA Business Class, with ANA First Class on selected routes.
ANA serves US gateways including Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York JFK, Chicago O'Hare, Houston, Seattle, Washington Dulles and Honolulu from Tokyo. ANA operates both Boeing 777 and 787 Dreamliner aircraft on US routes, and the airline has been notable for its high on-time performance and cabin quality.
ANA's US routes
ANA's primary US routes connect Tokyo to Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York JFK and several other gateways. Haneda is increasingly the preferred airport for Tokyo connections given its proximity to central Tokyo, and ANA has a strong Haneda presence alongside its Narita operations.
As a Star Alliance member, ANA's trans-Pacific routes often connect through United Airlines codeshares. We check whether your ticket is on ANA or a United codeshare before working on a change.
Route information reflects the published network for All Nippon Airways (ANA) as of September 2026 and can change; check the airline directly for current schedules.
How MyFlightsAssist can help
ANA trans-Pacific fare rules are specific to the booking class and route. We pull up your ticket, check the conditions, and look at the full itinerary — including any onward connections from Tokyo — before recommending a change.
